Our flagship programme supports pregnant adolescent girls through antenatal care linkage, safe delivery support, psychosocial assistance, educational reintegration and livelihood development.
We strengthen community structures, referral coordination and LASHMA health insurance enrollment to improve access to maternal, child and adolescent health services.
Our work includes nutrition rehabilitation, GBV prevention and response, food security support and economic strengthening for vulnerable households.
Chamagne Foundation is a Nigerian non-profit organisation established in 2002 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). For over two decades, we have implemented community-based health and social development programmes across Lagos State.
