We strengthen maternal, newborn and child health through community mobilization, ANC linkage, facility delivery support, and nutrition education.
We deliver HIV/AIDS and OVC services while enrolling vulnerable families onto LASHMA health insurance and strengthening referral systems.
We support nutrition rehabilitation, gender-based violence prevention, livelihood strengthening and sustainable food security for vulnerable households.
Chamagne Foundation is a Nigerian non-profit organisation established in 2002 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). For over two decades, we have implemented community-based health and social development programmes focused on improving outcomes for women, children, adolescents and vulnerable households across Lagos State.
We support pregnant adolescents through our Safe Motherhood Project, deliver HIV/AIDS and OVC programming, promote nutrition and food security, enroll families into health insurance, prevent and respond to GBV, and strengthen community referral systems.
Vision: To build a society that is responsive to the needs of vulnerable populations, especially women and children.
Mission: To empower vulnerable communities through health services, education, economic strengthening, skills acquisition and social development interventions.
